Thank you for shopping with Formula 42 Skincare. We are committed to delivering your skincare products quickly and with care. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): [based on USPS] – Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): [based on USPS] – Estimated delivery 2–3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Certain skincare products containing active ingredients may have shipping restrictions based on international regulations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
